Recipe for pasta:

Ingredients required: 


- Choose your own type of pasta (penne/linguine/alfredo etc)
- Salmon fillet without skin (cut into slices)
- 500g (or less) of mussels (you can get them from wet markets for only $3/kg!! And please make sure you've cleaned it completely in a sense remove all of the dirty stuff inside the shell!!!!! VERY IMPORTANT)
- Nestlé cream in a can
- Milk
- 6 slices of Kraft Cheese
- Parsley (chopped/sprinkles)
- Pepper
- Butter
- Diced onion
- Diced garlic

To prepare all the ingredients before starting to cook!


1) On a separate pot, boil water until it's almost boiling and put the pasta in. Add salt and a little oil into the boiling pot of water to give the pasta more taste!

2) Let it boil for 15 minutes and then stop when you think it's ready (take a strand out to try for the texture of the pasta strand) 

3) Drain the water out by transferring the pasta into a coriander and leaving it to drain the pasta completely. Wash it with tap water to cool the temperature of the pasta before leaving it to drain again.

4) Add milk and all of the Nestle cream into a pot and slowly heat them up. Mix well and when it's starting to boil, add 4 slices of cheese in and continue to mix well. Taste it and see if it's cheesy/milky enough for your preference :-) Add parsley at the end and mix well once again then leave it to cool a little (not too much if not it will form in clumps)


5) On a pan/work, use a little oil and butter to spread around the wok before cooking the garlic and onion together!!! Then add the pasta in and pour the sauce into the pasta in the wok!! And mix well. Then add the mussels and cook it together with the pasta, before adding in the salmon slices and cook until it's light orange/pink. Put the remaining 2 slices of cheese and mix well!!!! 


6) Tadah your pasta is done it's relatively easy :-)))

Cheeeeze overload the past few days made homemade baked rice with the sissy and then mussels & salmon pasta with lucas' dad's gf as a form of apology right smack in the morning IN WHICH I went to the wet market for the first time!!!!!!! 

Ok like ya and apology cuz.... I've been PMS-ing the whole week eventually snapped and cried in school over a stupid thing zz that stemmed from just an assumption and insecurity blah blah hate being a girl sometimes especially when I take Lit, makes me over analyze EVERYTHING!!!!.... Then decided to go over the next morning to cook and make milo (HIS FAV DRINK) hewhew. 




Sunday's just study day had Nakhon for brunch before heading back to study!!!!! And I just ate this yellow dragonfruit after dinner which is a form of natural detox!!! It'll send you running to the toilet after 2 hours of consumption HAHAHA I'm still at my 1 hour mark we shall see later :-) 

Last pic totally explains Lucas' mood.... Used up all of his 60 gems and didn't summon until the guy that he wants :-( 

OK sch tomorrow I'm really tired today I have no idea why I'll try to update my blog along the way :-)))

Recipe for baked rice:

Ingredients used:

- Ham
- Mozerella cheese shreds
- Cream of chicken soup (can)
- Cooked rice
- Button mushroom 
- Prawns (for my sis' one)
- A capfull of milk (optional!!)


First we cooked a little cream of chicken soup and added in whatever ingredients we wanted like ham & mushroom in a little pan. Then we prepared the cooked rice in the casserole and poured the soup over it!!!

After which if you've some gaps between your rice and the casserole, fill them with a lil bit of uncooked cream of chicken leftovers from the can!!! Yes the thick mushy one without water.

Then it's time to "cover" the rice & soup!!! Spam mozerella cheese/cheese slices over the surface and I added a lil milk on the surface for fun HAHA then pop it into the oven to bake :-)))

September holidays here we comeeeeee :-) 




Frogs for Arowana da fishyyy


Decided to go for a quick swim after we've both just recovered. Bad choice tho never swimming in a bikini anymore sigh or does anyone have any good reccomendation for bikinis? That are pretty firm and tight!!!!!





Finally got my llaollao fix with Wenyi and Yixin :-) before meeting the rest fo Krista's birthday dinner at Marché!

Headed down to 5 Tapas Bar next for some chilling session!!! Which I freaking hate la omg I hate beer :-(((( Thank god Aloy drank for me!!!





Only time I'll ever get to carry my sis' Saint Lauren bag lol cries so precious she'll never let me..... So yeah snuck into her room one day HAHAHAH tadahhhh.

18 chefs for lunch today with aunt + cousins before heading to the hosp for my appointment WHICH I AM QUITE MAD ABOUT??? Spent 4 hours there and waited quite some time for my turn AFAGJDLAIWBS PISSED ME OFFFFFFF :-'(

Was busy helping Lucia to take her pictures then this poopyhead took off with my phone and flooded it with > 10 selfies but here's 3 HAHAH. 











Ok need to get back to studying sigh gna sleep wake up early for trekking at Bukit Timah Hill tmrw at 7am and start studying then :-'(
