Sorry for the slight backlog but this was from last week! Or was it last last week HAHAHA IDK but yes good job for completing seasons Saints!! :-) Really proud of you guys for finishing it strong and well it's time to take a well deserved break before heading back to the books!!!

So glad to be able to take a week off work after clocking in 48 hours for work in a single week which left me sick (as usual) throughout the trip to Kukup and poor Lucas came back from there with food poisoning which resulted in us sleeping from 4pm-10pm last night then back to bed till today 9am. Shiokkkk really enjoying block leave even tho it's just a week long but hey!!!! better!!! than!!! nothing!!!!

Currently trying to kill time at home while he's sitting for his compass test now hmm ok I shall get to updating my software for the new emoji HAHAHAHA which I just found out today morning....

Girly rant

I think about the numerous supper I've been to for the past few weeks I think about the way I snack as if there's no tomorrow I think about the way I substitute unhealthy snacks for proper food every single day I think about the macs we would all eat together after work every time I think about the cheese fries I gobbled down just now from Burger King for supper after eating so much today I think about the vegetables I turn down each time I think about the exercises I can't be bothered to do at all it's a no wonder my tummy's as round as a ball.... 

Whatever happened to exercise? What happened to running? I often find myself neglecting self improvement on my side whenever I busy myself with something but there should never be an excuse for self discipline.... Wake up Alex.
